  1. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the 50 United States at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees of Count On Tools, Inc. ("Sponsor"), or PB Swiss Tools, affiliates and subsidiary companies, their advertising and promotional agencies and each of their immediate family members or members of the same households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor or its designee, which are final and binding in all respects.
  2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotional period begins on 07/1/08 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), and ends on 12/31/08 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) ("Promotional Period").
  3. INFORMATION: By participating, you hereby acknowledge and agree to receive e-mail from Sponsor, but can opt out of receiving future email by following the instructions contained in any such email, or otherwise notifying the sending entity.
  4. TO ENTER: To register for the giveaway access the PB Swiss Tools Screwdriver Challenge home page at www.pbvsyours.com and following the registration procedures stated. Any other attempt at Internet, email, or postal registration is void unless directed by a Count On Tools associate. All entries must be qualified by a representative of Count On Tools, Inc. Upon qualification approval, one sample screwdriver, models vary, and printed catalog will be sent to the mailing address supplied by the customer during the sign up process. After 14-21 days, a Count On Tools associate will follow up with the customer and offer our Feedback Survey for the trial period. This survey is highly recommended, but not required.

Limit one entry per address/household/company. Multiple entries will be allowed under the discretion of the Sponsor. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

Count On Tools, Inc. reserves the right to update or change any of the rules and regulations related to this promotion at any time during the promotional period, including early termination.
